★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear management team, I called your school today to inquire about roll in to your school. I've just asked 3 questions including price and what kind of lessons are you teaching but PIC of school responded me that she can't tell on the line and invite me visit your school.
I don't get about your inconvenience customer service really.
Parents used to ask not only a school, but also other schools to compare.
Some parents or lots of parents is busy like me. We don't wanna waste our time for visiting various schools. So before we visit to our selected school, we used to ask the facts and we can decide what school we should visit after consideration and matching our expected curriculum and budget, etc.,
You should consider about your customer service again and it's like killing customers who interest your school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The school is preschool branch of Mandalay international science academy. The teachers and principal are very dedicated for your children. School has swimming pool and a lot of playing areas. The curriculum is nicely designed for international students as well.
