★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was to arrive at the All India Services Quarters, but as things would have it, by my mistake, I went inside the campus of Manipur Police Housing Complex, which is also the Official Complex of the Managing Director, MPHCL. As I found out later on, there is a small lane which runs parallel on the eastern boundary wall of MPHCL, which leads onto the AIS Quarters, and the Army Transit Camp, Type B.
