★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pagoda resembles the famous Kyaik Htee Yoe pagoda of the Mon State. There are some good places near the pagoda to rest and enjoy the view. It has a good view of Dawei - Maungmagan road, the Maungmagan beach and the surrounding mountains. The uphill road is rather steep and the descend from the pagoda with a vehicle seems a bit dangerous.
