★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve tried my best to give this place my money, but the staff is untrained and their customer service policies are terrible. The last straw was when I was going to buy a cable the salesperson told me they didn’t have. Something made me ask if I could exchange it in case I was wrong as long as the package was unopened - she told me repeatedly that I could not. So, I’ll be forced to buy it online like everything else. Meanwhile their store will likely continue to have a 10:1 ratio of employees to customers.
