★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was one of the cheapest places stayed in Myanmar. Run by a English speaking Burmese and tended by a couple younger boys, the rooms are very bare. Shoes off inside so its cleaner indoors. Showers have good pressure but cold water only. Double room was 12000ks and included airconditioning, which seemed to be the norm. Not much atmosphere, but the boys are very nice. Up 2 flights of stairs and a beautiful view of the trash alley out the window. No mosquitos. Towels and soap included, no breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheaper than most hotels, the guys in front desk are not nice, the no-footwear inside is annoying as the floor is not clean, but rules are rules.
The room is not the best either, but we are used to sleeping in dodgy places. Doble room has one doble bed and a single one, fan and AC for the same price. In good location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, there is a reason this is the cheapest place in Yangoon. Its a bit run down, but at the price, not bad. You can get a double fan room or double air con room for 10 per night. A tripple room, one single and one queen for 15$. There are also floor mats upstairs for $3 each. There are no private bathrooms and the shared room is a bit run down but it has western toilets. The staff is very helpful and can tell you anything you need to know. There are many eating options near by as well. If you need to use wi-fi go to the traders hotel and get a coffee in the restaurant. The Wifi there is the best in the city. The guest house also has a list of atm locations around the city. Also it is listed in the wrong location. It is located on the cornor of the round about and Mahabandoola.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It must be the cheapest hotel in Yangon but also the grimmest. The dirt and cobwebs were so bad it was comical. Rooms and corridors are made from v thin wood with gaps all over so no protection from mosquitos.
The whole building is sweaty and humid. Reception is up 2 sets of stairs.
Double fan room was 14,000 Kyat.
WIFI unusable.
Only recommend for people who just care about saving their money.

The cleanness is in par with it's surroundings. What you may not like: Mouse's that will hunt down your food. Spitting of people in town.. but well never mind..
