★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pagoda has a good location on a low hill outside the urban area of Myeik. It takes about 20 minute drive from the downtown of Myeik to get there. You can enjoy the magnificent scenery of Myeik and its surrounding from the pagoda courtyard. There's a garden with different kinds of trees under which previous Buddhas attained their enlightenment. It's best to visit there during nighttime or when the sun is low as there are not enough trees in the surrounding to provide shade.
