★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and quiet place to go with either family or friends. There have enough car parking and lift. The cinema locates on 5th floor. The single tickets price is 12,000 MMK (Mon - Thu) and 14,000 MMK (Fri - Sun). The building also have Thai message and food court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very High quality cinema, brand new small theaters (maybe 20 persons max per theater), with automated recliner chairs. the price ticket is including water and very small cup of pop corn. The most expensive in Yangon but totally worthy.

You get leather reclining seats, a pillow/blanket, wet cleansing towelette, water bottle and complimentary box of popcorn!! They also have other concessions for sale.
It is expensive, but I think it's the perfect "treat yourself" gift! :)
