June 20, 2021 It was a rare situation at 9am when I came to see someone, I have heard that you need to have a card to enter. So while I'm trying to get a card, I keep an eye on other people's situation. Staff girls: Relationships change mean (variable) from person to person. I would like to request one. Think about what you would do if I were him.

Today I went Mingalar hospital with my wife to take a ultrasound for her pregnancy unfortunately we forget to bring mask . At the entrance we ask is there any mask available ? So the staff there is no . So we go n bought at the convenience store front of hospital . That’s still fine . But at entrance I ask the group of staff was placed for Covid symptoms monitoring , why such big hospital not give mask free for patience . So what she said is why patience don’t have sense to bring mask to hospital n why want to ask free ? Oh my god , nobody patience come ur hospital to get free mask , sometime lots of people rush n forget to bring mask , U are making hospital business not a fund , you can effort 0.005$ mask n u can even charge to customer , But you cannot blame to patience why you come to hospital without mask n she is saying like patient want free mask , Mingalar hospital should train more staff those are sitting on the entrance to monitor temperature. All others services are ok , and very good But she was very rude and can’t still forget how she rude on customer .

So Terrible!!.Poorly managements and worst services. I got a MRI Scan for my father.When we arrived hospital, they told us that all bookings are booked.They told us to come the next day.So we went the next day,got a MRI scan and the hospital told us to come tomorrow evening to get the scan. I thought it was too long but i said ok. When i came the next evening, they told us that our scan was not ready and told was to come tomorrow. I was really angry but i told them nothing and I said “ok i will come tomorrow”. When i went the next day , they told us that there is an technical issue and our scan is not ready. What a hospital. I will never come this hospital never again in my life.

I don’t think the management care to read the review. This hospital has no idea of punctuality. Asked to arrive at 12pm for specialist appointment, no timeframe given about waiting time. Waited for 2 hours and no explanation. Seriously if you have no ethics or management skill, don’t run the hospital. Help yourself and resign.

Terrible Terrible service attitude by nurse team We were expecting better customer service that’s why we went to private hospital, but we seriously regretted coming to this hospital. Nurse are suppose to be caring and giving good quality service to patients. But your hospital works opposite of these. What management decided are more important than what patients requested and wanted. Unbelievable. If your hospital can’t provide quality service , then don’t work in service industry. You are suppose to solve patient problems , not totally against what patient needs. We really regret coming to this hospital.
