Last Tuesday I went to feed fish.. here is my experience, hope it helps!
Price for bread for fish feeding: costed 10,000 MMK for a bag. I think it had 12 pieces of bread.
Environment: it was nice. Children came to talk, helped out and enjoyed the lake view with me. It had shade so it's not very hot. Fish did double flips in the water and I got water all over my clothes haha..
Safety concerns: However, there was a street food place where a bunch of men eating together. Their staring kind of made me feel unsafe in that area for a girl like me. Other than that, it was fun.
Overall, it's a good spot for making a good deed. Don't go alone if you are a young girl, go with family or friends. Also, I think it's better to buy some fish food from somewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located just next to Swetawmyat Pagoda စွယ်တော်မြတ်စေတီ as a religious lake. Myanmar people used to donate Auspicious Lake together with a big pagoda. People used to free fishes and feeding foods after worshipping at the pagoda. The lake side still needs regular maintenance and landscaping. Good for walking around the lake.
