★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have not been there. From the info of hotel while staying in Mrauk U : There were bus/ mini bus to Sittwe every morning 7am departing from the bus station. Not necessary booking ticket in advance, Mini bus set off once getting enough passengers. I leave Mrauk U to Sittwe by car that I booked the ticket from a travel agent on the street near my hotel. It is a mini bus that the driver picked up me at my hotel at 7:00am, directly dropped to Sittwe airport. On the way to Sittwe, the driver also took passengers, but a few passengers aboard. It is not highway, but road is flat, no like most tourist book described. It took 3.5hrs to Sittwe airport. Fee MMK15000.-(year 2018),half price of jetty for a foreigner. Quite good.
