★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big enough for up to 3000 people including their VIP halls upstairs. Toilets are not bad though needs more maintenance. Parking is very large too. Air conditioning were not enough probably because not all units were usually opened and just always set to minimum and so most of the time it feels that aircondition is not enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not Convenient place for Public transportation. Too far from Downtown area. The food that sell in Book fair is too expensive. There is no bus running around there. You have to ride ybs to 9miles bus stop and then had to ride taxi again. Taxi fees around 1500mmk. Customer service for bookfair is too dumb. Lol
