Myanmar Expert Travel & Tours

Volevamo fare un viaggio in Myanmar di 6/8 giorni e non sapevamo da dove cominciare. Su internet abbiamo trovato le recensioni sull'agenzia del Sig. Mutu la Myanmar Expert Travel & Tours. È stato molto facile contattarlo (tramite mail) e ricevere subito un paio di proposte con preventivi chiari. Abbiamo anche chiesto molte altre informazioni alle quali ci è sempre stato risposto con cortesia e chiarezza. Dal momento del nostro sbarco dall'aereo fino all'arrivo del confine con la Thailandia, fine del nostro viaggio, siamo sempre stati insieme alle nostre guide in inglese e agli autisti che cambiavano a seconda della città che visitavamo. Senza di loro non avremmo mai potuto vedere alcuni posti fantastici e indimenticabili. Consigliamo vivamente, a tutti coloro che vogliono visitare Myanmar scoprendone gli aspetti più nascosti, di rivolgersi all'agenzia del Sig.Mutu. Noi lo faremo senz'altro nel nostro prossimo viaggio nella stupenda terra di Myanmar.

Abbiamo contattato Mutu dopo aver letto le buone recensioni di questa agenzia su Tripdadvisor ( forum e recensioni) . Mutu si è mostrato molto professionale rispondendo subito alle nostre mail. Abbiamo organizzato con questa agenzia alcune tappe nel nostro viaggio con drivers prenotando noi i voli e i pernotti. Essendo tappe diverse abbiamo avuto driver diversi. Abbiamo organizzato con Mutu le seguenti tappe : Mandalay&Amarapura - Ava - Sagai , Mandalay city tour& boat trip to Mingun village, Heho - Pindaya , Boat excursion on inle lake & indein ,la tratta Yangon - Golden rock , Golden rock - Bago - Yangon . I drivers che ci ha messo a disposizione si sono dimostrati validi autisti. gentili, affidabili. Parlavano inglese ,solo uno non parlava molto l'inglese, ma ci ha comunque permesso di visitare le nostre tappe in programma senza problemi rispettando tutte le tempistiche. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la macchina al rientro dalla Golden rock ( sulla tratta Golden rock - yangon) , si era rotta l'aria condizionata per cui abbiamo fatto parte del tour al caldo. Ma il problema è stato risolto durante il tragitto con un cambio auto.Abbiamo avuto un ritardo con il nostro volo da Mandalay ad Heho perdendo mezza giornata e lui ci ha trovato la soluzione consentendoci di visitare le tappe in programma la mattina seguente prima di prendere il volo per Yangon. ( essendo nel primo pomeriggio ) . Consiglio questa agenzia ,Mutu si è dimostrato affidabile, preciso e molto disponibile nel risolvere problematiche durante il viaggio. Ottimo rapporto qualià prezzo.

We have just finished our most memorable trip with Myanmar Expert Travel and Tours. We started in Mandalay at the start of Thingyan (Water Festival) at the Royal Palace, with trips to Pyin Oo Lwin, Amarapura, Sagaing, Mingun, Bagan, Naypyitaw, with visit to Nga Laik Elephant Camp and ended in Yangon. Mr Suresh Mutu designed this trip to accomodate all our wishes and Mr Tin Maung (BarGyi) was most flexible and accomodating to our changing needs and wishes. BarGyi was totally undaunted by any of our requests. Considering that our two young grandchildren were with us, he was quite cognizant of their particular needs. He is knowledgeble, kind, professional and very likelable. He is also a very dependable and safe driver on Myanmar roads and city streets which are in constant state of "controlled chaos". We feel very safe with him at the helm. This is our third trip with Myanmar Expert TT, and BarGyi was with us everytime. We consider him our friend instead of just a guide. We plan to visit Myanmar again and will most likely call on Mr Mutu and his brother Tin Maung (BarGyi) to organize our trips. We highly recommend thiis professional team of truly expert tour operators for visits to this unique country. George P.

We booked an overlanding tour from moreh (India) through tacheilek into North Thailand and it was just perfect. Mr mutu was quick in his responses and helped us plan our itinerary, even let us book our own hotels! Mr Tin was our guide, he made us feel at home in Myanmar. He showed us the most beautiful spots and made sure we avoided the busy tourist spots. All in all it was beyond expectations, do not hesitate to book a tour with Myanmar Expert tours. Last year with Mutu's help we were able to visit Myanmar! It was an outstanding experience and we met beautiful people! Our trip started as we landed at Yangoon international airport where Mutu was already expecting us. We took a night ride around Yangoon city straight away. The morning after we took a flight to Bagan, and a driver was expecting us outside the airport. We saw a plenty of Pagoda and Temples and a beautiful sunset.. for the next 8 days we visited Mount Popa, Mandalay, Ava village, Mingun village, Sagai, Inle lake- that was breathtaking! We always felt safe, and the guides as well as Mutu, became our friends. The food is great, the locals are nice.. thank you Mutu for the wonderful experience! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM! ☺️
