★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased 6 pieces of kitchenware at this shop. The staff are kind and helpful. The packaging is impeccable! I think this is a great shop to buy export quality laquerware because the mainstreets shops in Bagan offer the same stuff for double the price (although if you go into the side streets in Bagan you can find it for half the price...)
I gave it one star less because even though all the products at this shop had a price tag written (whenever I asked the price to the staff, she would look at the tag and tell me the written price), the owner gave me a slightly higher price than that, saying that the number on the tag was only a code number.
I rather be told that they had to increase the price than being told lame excuses. (There are more than 1000 products at this shop so why can you put a 2 digit code number...)
