★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An overall looking good hotel with very convenient shuttle bus service for the airport. Spacious, well equipped rooms, but moldy - I guess that's unavoidable in Myanmar. No thrills breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a ⭐⭐⭐ hotel, not so clean. If you use it for the next day's flight, that's fine because the airport is close. Food is ok.
Very good attention and very friendly. The pool area is very relaxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was just ok. The best part is only near to the airport. It wasn’t because of that, I would never stay there. The worst part is there are lots of mosquitoes and the service of the receptionists. The food was okay but very expensive. Well, overall, I have never stayed a hotel like this in my entire life.

I don't see employee under controlled the good administration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed there for a couple of weeks and had a good time. Very reasonable price. The service was great and the food a la carte was really nice and cheap (only costs about 3-5usd). Very close to the airport which makes it a great stay for transits. What I liked most is that the grounds are spacious and filled with all sorts of trees. You don't feel confined. The air is fresh and it is peaceful. No traffic noise. Felt like a nature retreat which is refreshing in a city like Yangon. Wifi is great too, can even get it while walking around the grounds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is not its strong point. It is like an old building with old furnitures. Bathing and showering were bad experiences. Bad breakfast with small range of menu with small amount. BUT my purpose of staying there is only for tomorrow morning flight. It has FREE FERRY to airport. That was enough for me.
