★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The speed can be erratic at times. And the connection drops completely a couple of times a day, requiring you to restart the router manually. Still, it is the cheapest option so far in Myanmar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company really needs to work on improving their customer service on top of many other things. I called a MyanmarNet office to ask about the packages they provide and the whole conversation was very confusing so i asked if they could perhaps communicate with me over email. The man I was speaking to said he would email me within 15 minutes if I sent him email address. One hour later, I called back telling him I had not received the email and again, he reassured me that he would send it immediately. The next day, I call back to ask them to send the email and again, they reassured me that they would and then failed to do so. I dont know if the employees are just incompetent or lazy or what but they need to step up their game if they don't want to lose business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. Unstable connection speed. I pay for 4Mbps (64000Ks) and the speed i get is lower than that (around 1.97Mps) most of the time. Lots of complaint filed, still no improvement. Poor maintenance/engineering. No notice nor what-so-ever for upcoming repairs. Not recommended at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myanmar is the most horrible internet service i used. Even though i bought 16Mbps package, the maximum download i am getting is 3Mbps and average is only 300Kbps. Just don't use this service. I want to give zero star. Oh well need to give minimum one star to submit review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The internet itself isn't bad, but sometimes the internet is completely down, as if it was on maintenance. Their payment system isn't really amazing either. Download speed is also very slow. I do not recommend using Myanmar Net to download big applications. For other uses, its not very bad. If that can be fixed, it'd be awesome. That was JUST for the router internet. You know the internet that'd available everywhere? Don't even bother connecting to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Service not only the connection, but also the service providers and most of staff. I have several times experience by dealing with Myanmar Net from different Departments.
If any of you wanted to get my advices for Positive change, you I am always welcome to any of Official Senior levels from Myanmar Net.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The head quarter of Myanmar Net, an internet service provider. Their WiFi internet service covers a lot of Yangon and Mandalay areas. It can be said that they provide the cheapest internet in Myanmar. If you bought their CPE for your home, you will get an account with the same network speed to use outdoor. Very cost effective. Unless you use fiber service, Myanmar Net should be your first choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad & worse service & wifi. Every day 9am or 9.30am can't use then complain to customer service, need to wait about 5mins to hold phone. Then at about 1pm can use wifi. It happens every day but they said it's not from their severe, it's only from our machine they will check it. But always everyday happen. And the contract continue without our permission & tell nothing will we extension or not our contract. But if we don't want to use them then we need to tell them 1 month advance than our due contract date!
