Our hotel said this is a tourist information, not a tour booking agency, but never mind.
The employee was a bit unfriendly and unmotivated in the beginning, but so far that was ok. We decided to take a bus ticket. She asked us to wait 5 min. We hadn't spoken about the times, price etc., it was not fixed. After 3 min we changed our mind and went back to her. She was just filling out a piece of paper for us. Holy sh**, she immediately started shouting at us, said that we have have to pay for it. We tried to stay calm and friendly and apologized several times, but she just shouted "there is no sorry!" and that we should give her the money. After 10min shouting we realized that our apologies and explanations are making her even more angry. So we just stood there quiet and listened. When she realized we don't give her the money, she threw us out.
It happened in June. Now we can laugh about it :). Back then we were totally shocked...
