★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happened to pass by a small temple with golden pagoda on our way from Taungoo to Thandaung.. stop for praying, I heard that this pagoda was built by someone who use to found a stack of gold buried inside the soil located here as a sign of appreciation! Not well maintained but definitely a cultural landmark.
