Need something to stop the toilet door. A newspaper page of a favourite politician you love to hate would do.
Otherwise perfectly clean. No power/water shortage.

Within a stone throw of bus (private terminal)
On the main road where everything is.
Bike taxis are everywhere. Reasonable fares mostly.
