★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for the people who love the quite staying. but a little far from down town.
The staffs are helpful and friendly but weak experience in their job.
The room is clean but many mosquitos.
The price is reasonable if I compare with the other cities .
Should stay when you'll be thinking to visit Pyay .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice owner and staff. I had good relaxing 5 days here.
It is cheaper to walk in than booking online.
Motor Bike or bicycle rent is available. Got helped to buy the bus ticket to the next deatination. Wifi is also very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel service generally is very poor. The staff do not make a follow-up on a variety of basic service requests, such as cleaning the room, giving water bottles, or changing towels. The bathroom was a little smelly and not clean enough. Two good points: TV and aircon worked well. The motel offers Pyay speciality dishes for breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price is affordable. Rooms are also clean but some staffs are still needed to train more and they don't know how to communicate politely with guests. Anyhow, it is recommended. Breakfast is also very good.

The staff is extremely nice and did its best with any request we had. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is great (even room service is possible).
You can rent there a scooter which is needed as it is not that close to the center of town and surely not the archeological site out of town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an amazing stay here. The manager and staff were extremely friendly. We arrived around midnight and were warmly welcomed. We got great help with booking ongoing buses and received a lot of tips what to do in the area. The town centre and night market is within walking distance but you can also rent a scooter or a bike. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here!!!!
