★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gallery is one of the hangout places for painters and poets in Myanmar. Personally, I think this gallery is much more of a home than a gallery.
The curator is also one of the most friendly people in Yangon. If one is planning to go around Yangon to satisfy her urges for contemporary paintings, this is a place she most definitely needs to go.

As the paintings are stacked and there are a lot of them the best approach (after you have browsed around for a while) is to view the catalogue in their iPad, point out the ones you are interested in and they will bring it out for you. Very helpful staff and collection.
