★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and helpful staff. However, the rooms are tiny and overpriced for what you get (40,000 Kyat). For this price, you can stay at the 4 star Centara Mae Sot Hill Resort in Mae Sot, which is the best hotel in the whole region. At this hotel, the power goes out every 10 minutes and don't even think about running the air-con, TV and lights at the same time! Luckily later in the evening the power remained on and I was able to sleep through the night. There are other much better hotels in Myawaddy for around the same price.

25,000 MMK for one night. 2 persons can stay. Room with AC, TV, hot water. However, mosquitoes still present. Danger!!! Western type latrine. But bad smell even they put chaocol.
Breakfast is nice. With cheap price, they still serve breakfast. Coffee, fried rice. Bread with gum.
Staffs, nice and friendly. So polite.
For me, overall, acceptable! But not sure to choose next time.
