★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trendy urban-type cafe and restaurant, receives a lot of foreign tourists from nearby guest houses, also locals. A bit expensive. Good local & international dishes, including noteworthy appetizers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ask to go upstairs to the balcony terrace! This is not obvious when you walk in and I was not offered it as an option. Fortunately I knew because I read others' reviews that there was one. It changes the experience from distinctly average to very pleasant. Coffee is pretty good for me as a westerner but it is not quite as good as YCC cafe. Also they have plastic straws here. Good view of the river from upstairs outside even though the main road is directly beneath you and a little noisy and fumey. Not the best place but pretty good for a change of view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little cafe. Food is average. Needs to hire more manpower for peak seasons. We went to Hpa An during holidays and most Burmese restaurants were crowded. So found this cafe and went in. All tables were occupied and they have to put up Closed sign to stop more customers coming in. Maybe they weren't ready for peak season. Had to wait for meals to be served. Overall, not a bad experience. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good, not great for sunset. While their upstairs deck is nice and the food (and beers) are good, there are a lot of powerlines to impede your view. Directly across the street is a nice sidewalk and small viewpoint for unobstructed views. It works, but not a 5-star place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe nice place. When I was there, no electricity. No AC. But when light on, still AC is not working. For outdoor place, reservation is needed. Beer is not cold, because of no electricity.
