If you have plan to travel and go to oversea university ,you have to make registration,your documents have to be notarized with non blacklisted notified advocates ,take bank pay slip at MEB Bank 5 .
We don’t know how much per cost for each document for registration charges and not announced,but staff will tell you as needed .For me I paid 5000MMK for 6 Documents and they support Clear Bag as a gift to keep your valuable Doc.;)
Helpful of staffs at the gate and Notary Section Ministry of Foreign Affairs also.

This posted photo information is not well known in Quarter administration and even township administration official. State and region and Department is allowed to make a this document, but in the ground level, they thought it is illegal and if you want you can make under table with agents.
