Customer support and network is too bad. I am living in Mandalay and my router ID is MDY018736412. Internet was cut down since yesterday morning time 7:00 AM(1-05-2021) due to some fiber issue. Still Ocean Wave team are not able to resolve this issue.We are stuck facing problem for this internet while we are trying to contact so many times by phone call.
