★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well it was the only reasonably priced option from Pyin Oo Lwin to Bagan.
The mini bus had the detail to collect us in the hotel but also collected all sort of people and items as works also as a courier, the aisle is completely crowded of goods or people, and a trip that should take 4h takes a total of 6.5h. Also the only stop break is towards the end so toilet chances are inexistent for 5h. Book the tickets at least 24h in advance and choose the front seats or you're doomed, judge by yourself:

Booked a Bus at the Kaung Hostel from Mandalay to Bagan.
The drivers are unfriendly to tourists, the treathing you different. That is racist! The dude was driving like a maniac, no matter what. It was raining and he has driven like he does not matter about other lifes.
Second, use my name on a ticket, not just write down: Foreigner!!! That is not respectful at all.
At the end he "kicked" me out 6km before Bagan Town, he said: "There is the bus station, from here taxi", gave me my backpack and drove of course to town. Just kicking tourists out that those overpriced taxis making money. That is typically for Myanmar. Never again!
This passive racism against tourists make me sick. Thats not right, and i hope karma strikes back, for every single one of them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super cramped 730am to 3pm ride from Bagan to kalaw. Seats are way to close together in Van packed with customers. Spent 90 minutes picking up folks from local hotels. Did a vindictive budget airline exec design this horrible journey?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible terrible terrible. We took the NOT "Ok express" from Kalaw to Bagan on the 29th Jan. 2020.
Firstly and most importantly: major safety issues. The driver wanted to overtake every possible car on the way and came up with a new driving technique. His left leg was not on the pedals but on the sitting chair. Secondly, the music was playing extremely loud at 1 at night . Last but not least he let us out on the bus station 10 km from the actual place, forcing us- the only tourists to take a taxi to our hotel. The rest left with a bus to the station in the city.
Don't use them.

No space for luggages, overcrowded, people are seating on stools in the alley...
2 stars because they picked us up on time and we arrived on time (and alive)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O.K. Express bus office is opposite Shwizigo pagoda. You can buy a bus ticket to Mandalay about 9000 Kyats and tell a bus staff that tp pick up at hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got on this bus from Bagan to Mandalay. For 5-6 hours ride. Reasonable just 9000 kyat. They picked me up at my hotel by a truck. After 5 minutes riding to the small bus office, and then changed to an airconditioned mini bus. Not so bad. Good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took this bus from Mandalay to Bagan and it took around 5 hours of travel. Our hotel booked this on our behalf and gave us a seat number as a reservation since the bus gets full. They picked up us from our hotel late than the stated time. It was just actually a coaster so expect to have little space and if you have large luggages, it will be piled up inside the coaster and the conductor actually have to hold on to it while standing inside the bus. They gave free water for every passenger.
