★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare come la peste. Servizio pessimo, scomodo, guidano come folli neanche fosse un rally, igiene zero, stop a non finire. Il furgoncino sembra cadere a pezzi da un momento all'altro. Tortura vera, vi sconsiglio vivamente questo operatore, mette a repentaglio la tua vita e quella altrui. Innumerevoli volte ci siamo trovati faccia a faccia con camion in corsia di sorpasso. Senza parole.
 To be avoided like the plague. Bad service, uncomfortable, they drive like mad not even a rally, zero hygiene, no end stop. The truck seems to fall apart at any moment. True torture, I strongly advise you against this operator, it endangers your life and that of others. Countless times we found ourselves face to face with trucks in the fast lane. Without words.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es scheint mir ungerecht das Busunternehmen schlecht zu bewerten. Die Busse in Myanmar sind alle schlecht und halten alle (ja, auch express, VIP...) an jeder Ecke. Dadurch erklärt sich schließlich warum für Strecken von 170km (Mandalay-Bagan) Flüge angeboten werden.
It seems unfair to me to rate the bus company badly. The buses in Myanmar are all bad and hold all (yes, also express, VIP ...) on every corner. This explains why flights for 170km (Mandalay-Bagan) flights are offered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We take the ok express minivan to go to Mandalay from Kalaw : departure at 9am finally went at 9.45am, seats little dirty, 45 min of pause after 1hour drive then 30min pause after more 1h30 drive. Finnaly arrived at 4.30pm. For tall people you won't have place for you legs. Music almost all the way. Drop off at your hotel. Price : 15000K

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible and overpriced transportation service! We took the mini bus from Mandalay to Bagan. All the luggage was piled on top of each other at the front of the minibus (guaranteed to be stepped on by passengers). Once the seats are filled they continue to fill the aisle with locals on small plastic stools. One could compare the experience to that of a sardine crammed in a tin. They stopped for lunch at an overpriced food place that ripped off foreigners 3000 Kyat for a pitiful plate of stale rice and rubbery cold chicken. One of the worst transportation experiences I have had backpacking in Southeast Asia, truly dreadful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience I had so far in Myanmar ! I took it from Nyaung Shwe to Mandalay. If you have some luggages like backpacks, just hope that you won't be among the last ones to board because there is a big chance that your belongings would be stored in the middle of the minibus in order for everyone to walk on it when it's time to get off. The driver was driving like he just robbed a bank, honking every f****** 30 seconds every time he had to bypass someone or see another vehicule/motorcycle at a crossing. If you want to puke and feel dizzy like hell, it's definitely a great choice. They also put the music SO LOUD that I first thought it was a joke, like we were in the middle of a club and right next to the audio ! All the locals seem to find it absolutely normal... I was cautious and brang earplugs but sadly it wasn't enough... I asked for them to turn the sound down when we had a break and thanksfully they stopped but it was the only thing good I remember. In Mandalay, they started dropping people on different areas because apparently passengers can ask to be dropped wherever they want in the city but if you don't speak burmese, you're screwed and have to wait the end of this circus before reaching the OK bus stop. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. AT ALL.

Booked a Bus at the Kaung Hostel from Mandalay to Bagan.
The drivers are unfriendly to tourists, the treathing you different. That is racist! The dude was driving like a maniac, no matter what. It was raining and he has driven like he does not matter about other lifes.
Second, use my name on a ticket, not just write down: Foreigner!!! That is not respectful at all.
At the end he "kicked" me out 6km before Bagan Town, he said: "There is the bus station, from here taxi", gave me my backpack and drove of course to town. Just kicking tourists out that those overpriced taxis making money. That is typically for Myanmar. Never again!
This passive racism against tourists make me sick. Thats not right, and i hope karma strikes back, for every single one of them!
