★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I top up 100000 kyats and bought 40 GB internet plan with 50000 kyats. It costs 1.25 kyats for 1 MB. I checked plan with message to 2230 but they didn't reply my plan status.
If the plan is near it's limit they should send me warning message to buy another plan
but they didn't send me any message. After the plan is fully used and i use internet as Pay as You Go they should notify me with message like MPT ( Another Telecom Operator in Myanmar) but they didn't do it and charged me with higher cost may be 9 and 6 kyats according to time. I am disappointed with the way they do business and the way they handle customer complaints. I don't have any surprise that they are in last position among three competitors in Myanmar Telecom operators.Shame on you Ooredoo Myanmar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst internet speed in day time 9 am to 11pm. Internet speed will not more than 200kbps(not Mbps).i Suggest, don't take ooredoo, mytel is much much better!!

Live chat for customer support sends only the own commercials of Ooredoo packages back to requester.
Poor and bad connection ever.
Cut the bills more than the announced charges and fee.
Shame on you !!
