★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best place in Yangon for meditation methods and practise to develop the strong and powerful concentration in order to know and see ultimate materiality and ultimate mentality and their general characteristics, such as impermanence(anicca), suffering(dukha), non-self(anatta), etc., and special characteristics, such as hardness, softness, roughness, smoothness, heaviness, lightness, flowing, cohesion, heat, cool,etc., as they really are.Here the meditation teacher is good, patient and very kind to yogi, students at teaching and he teaches in line with Our Buddha's methods and teaching, which is important, because this time, today, all over the world, various kinds of meditation teachers are teaching buddhism meditation, but very few methods agree with Our Buddha's teaching, many others are not in line with Our Buddha's methods and Păli Canon. So teaching methods are important. Here this place, in Paauk Yangon branch, the Sayadaw is teaching in line with Păli Canon, which is Our Buddha's teaching and experiences. So if I want to know and see ultimate reality with powerful concentration, I need go to Paauk.
