★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Openly i say ,General service is totally terrible especially for kids and have to wait for buying medicines and also to see the doctor then no enough man power to handle in emergency station.The worse things is nurse staff .No polite and no standard. I don't wanna mention nurse's name who is not standard.Let me know ,is only one doctor running the whole hospital?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great hospital, just go up to the 11th floor and you’ll be greeted by a very skilled, friendly team whom speak very good English and very efficiently take you through the basic checks like temperature, blood pressure, weight and size. Then after just a little wait I get greeted by the French doctor Olivier Cattin, who very skillfully and attentively assessed my situation. Not expensive and leaving with a sense or relief, what else do you need from a hospital/doctor?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the 11th floor there's an international clinic with a very friendly staff, connected with Samitivej. New opening hours for the international clinic! Monday to friday 8 AM to 6.30 PM. Public holidays and saturdays 8 AM to 5 PM. Sundays closed. Otherwise the hospital seems open 24/7. I went here to make a medical certificate with x-ray, blood and urine test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Treatment is good but charges are not disclosed.. For my toothache, it was just filling required along with an dental x-ray.
I asked doctor about the charges before treatment and he told 15000 MMK but after filling complete in 5 minutes, when i went on reception for payment, i was charged 78000 MMK.
I asked doctor about that he told to check with respective department, did not support...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really caring and good. They are very thorough (would rather over-test you than neglect something), if you want urgent care it's great but watch your expenses.
Paid 135% markup on medicine that I later found at a local pharmacy, though; maybe best for to shop around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drop off point turned parking. Cars just pull over anywhere they want and block one lane. The security guard just stand there and not do a thing. Great public awareness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few years ago it was at the forefront of Yangon, but now there are many good quality hospitals. The service is poor just because it is well known, and it doesn't feel very clean, so it's good if it's just a medical examination, but hospitalization and surgery are not recommended.
