★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mall is a large supermarket with many cheap products. At the top floor there is a small food court with cheap food. Its probably one of the only aircon food places in Hpa An. The toilet here is clean too

Hard to find parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little mall, rather unexpected for such a small town. Three stars mainly for the food court, the Burmese noodles I had were rather meh unfortunately but maybe other dishes are better, the fried rice on other tables looked nice and generous in portion. Very low prices and nice staff.
