★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer ကိုဈေးဝယ်တုန်းကတော့၊ warranty card နောက်မှပေးနိုင်မယ်ဆိုပြီးတော့အလွယ်ပြောတယ်။လာယူရင်လည်း ဝယ်တုန်းကနာမည်ပြောတာနဲ့ယူလို့ရပြီပြောတယ်။တကယ်တမ်းသွားယူတော့ (ကိုယ့်ကိုရောင်းလိုက်တဲ့သူကို မှတ်မိနေလို့တန်းသွားပြီးမေးလိုက်တာ) ဘောင်ချာပါလားတဲ့။မပါလာတဲ့အကြောင်းကိုရှင်းပြပြီး ဝယ်တဲ့နာမည်ကိုပြောပြတာတောင်မမှတ်မိဘူး။ ဝယ်တဲ့ Date လေးပြန်ပြောပေးပါဆိုပြီး မေးလို့ ဘောင်ချာကိုဓါတ်ပုံရိုက်ခိုင်းပြီး၊လှမ်းပို့ခိုင်းလိုက်ရတယ်။ပြလိုက်တော့မှ Warranty Card အတွက်လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်ကို ထလုပ်တယ်။အဆင်မပြေသေးရင် မဖြစ်နိုင်ရင် ဈေးမရောင်းပါနဲ့ ၊ရောင်းရရင်ပြီးရောဆိုပြီးတော့၊ နာမည်လေးပြောလိုက်တာနဲ့ နောက်နေ့ Warranty Card လာယူလို့ရပါတယ်ပြောကတည်းက အဆင်ပြေရဲ့လားသေချာမေးတာတောင် ရပါတယ် လာယူလိုက်ပါဆိုပြီး တကယ်တမ်းသွားယူတော့မှ၊ဝယ်တုန်းကပုံစံနဲ့တခြားစီ ဆက်ဆံခံခဲ့ရသလို၊ Customer service ဆိုတာဘာလည်းလို့မေးရလောက်အောင် ကိုယ်တိုင်စိတ်ကို ထိန်းထားခဲ့ရတယ်။ တော်ပါပြီနောက်ထပ်လည်း ထပ်ပြီးစိတ်မထိန်းချင်တော့လို့ Sorry ပါလို့။
