★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Motel is just a few minutes drive from the junction of Yangon-Pyay rod. (Exactly 2 miles). It costs 500 MMK if you take cycle taxi from the junction to the Motel. Rooms are not quite spacious for two people but ok to stay. Service is quite good. Staffs are polite and ready to help guests. However, breakfast is TERRIBLE. We eat our breakfast in a very small dining room. Price is 25000 MMK for double room.
