★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most suitable hotel in namsang, Southern Shan State. We can travel many beautiful places such as Kyaingtaung fall, hyper fall. Also we can travel beautiful lake, naungphar lake 90 minutes away from this pine Land hotel (2).We visited Mong nai , ancient city as Bagan. Many Yiinkyar and Yinnnet tribes are near this hotel. We can visit this villages from this hotel.Wo this hotel is the best hotel in Namsang.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No better place to sleep in all of Namsang. Very comfortable beds, spotless clean bathrooms and good breakfast with a few selections. Even though the property is located right in the heart of the town, it isn't noisy at all thanks to the large compound. At this price point, you can't get better deal. The guesthouse has a good restaurant and there're many other places just outside on the main highway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is best for travellers who want to explore the city and around. Rooms are not clean enough. When we checked-in, we didn't see towels in room. For my room no. 7, I heard tik tik sound from air-con regulator for the whole night. I couldn't sleep well with that noisy sound. Staff are helpful with friendly smile.
