★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Next to main rail road (50 meter away) of Yangon city toward Mandalay. Train station is only about 300 meter away. Train pass by every once a while in the middle of the night with loud horn that wakes all the dogs to respond.

Views are nice
But not easy to buy food and drink without car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was pleased with the room. The general ***ager personally oversaw our needs and made sure to welcome us. The internet was worse than a dial up line. The internet in the room is slow. I was questioned about a cigarette burn in the sheets. We were treated well by all employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My stay there was very comfortable. The room we stayed in was simply amazing. Neighborhood was safe for night time walking. The included breakfast buffet was really great. Location of property is pretty good. There is a free breakfast but has limited items. The service at front desk is attentive.
