★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the first time in my life the staff was surprised when I came as they did not expect us (despite making an online booking one week in advance and having paid up front). At first they tried to tell us it's not possible to stay, but we were persistent. Still, that wasn't the worst. Not only the receptionist (male) didn't speak English (he thought he did though), he completely forgot to prepare an ebike for us the next morning and no one was there to help us. On top of that, he wanted to charge us 70% more than the renting place in front of the motel!!! That is outrageous. We couldn't trust these people at all and we did not feel comfortable nor welcomed. Also, the place is very noisy due to thin walls and a neighbour who likes to play very loud music, especially at 7 AM. The breakfast is something I would like to forget. Never, EVER, again. The "reasonable price" is just not worth it. Oh, they also forgot to give us the WiFi password and take our passports to register us ?
