I don't really know what to say about Prudential Hong Kong anymore, whether it's their Claims department or their agents, you don't really get the information that they need to tell you.
And to think you, the customer is the only paying them. They work for you basically.
My wife's mother who recently passed away due to side effects of the JJ vaccine, that's right - she had the policy for more than twenty years and they keep on delaying the payment with anything they can come up with, new things all the time. We are still waiting for the payment and they said it will take one month. Seriously? Put your hard earned money elsewhere, and take out all your pension too.
Avoid like the plague.
