★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 市バスの折り返し場所、待機場所なので、公園利用者以外にも利用されている。水道は洗車にも、利用されている。(日本では考えられない。) トイレ利用料を徴収しているので、小銭を持っている。だからバスを乗るために小銭が欲しいときは両替もしてくれるので重宝します。
 Because it is a place where city buses turn back and wait, it is also used by people other than park users. Water is also used for car washing. (It is unthinkable in Japan.) Since the toilet usage fee is collected, I have a small change. So if you want small change to get on the bus, it will be useful to change money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This toilet is situated in one of the most important place because this place is the bus station and next to the famous garden.But the number of toilets are too few compared with the customers and the public here and so this toilet is mostly the same as a joke like an ant between the elephants. The local government must, have to and should focus to extend the number of toilet room to be convenient to the crowded public, bus users. So the gov need the good consciousness and wisdom how to manage for the public toilets which is the most important things for health, which the gov cannot know well.
