★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here about 6 times for 3 cases in 208/19. Every time I've had to seek treatment elsewhere because the doctors are indecisive.
At the International Clinics of other Yangon hospitals they'll immediately test you to check whatever minor ailment you have; here they just tell you to take vitamins or sleeping pills and "wait and see" (2 follow-ups for a referral for a blood test; it's like their MO is to maximize the consultations appointments before they actually consult you).
Even if downtown is convenient for you, it's faster to visit the farther-away clinics where they'll try their best the first time.

I hope they can shake off the mentality that a patient waiting to see a doctor can wait indefinitely. They must inform the patient of considerable delays if there's any.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called hospital to take appointment for my child vaccination. After 10 min phone talk, they said vaccine ia available and appointment is not required. I visited hospital next day for vaccination and left from hospital after one hour without vaccination. If you have too much time you may go, if not i do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. The hospital is in itself clean and seem professional. But I needed blood test results, and since I was moving they say no problem to get by email. But for some policy reason it became impossible and I had to fight 3 days by phone to finally get them. This is really annoying. Especially since they have this "foreigner" price - of course they don't tell you this - which is 4 times the normal price. So for an emergency it may be good. But just to check or anything else, go somewhere else !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A new appointment (5pm) had been postponed for an hour late to the first appointment (4pm), informed to patient 30 min before. Now (6pm), an hour late to the already postponed appointment, yet no one can answer when he (the doctor) will arrive. No more info to the patient and patient is left waiting for long. Waiting place is not quiet spacious and comfortable for a long wait. The appointment service should be improved. Other services are okay.
