★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean but a total facelift is a must. Convenient for travelers as it is located opposite to the main bus terminal in town. Unfortunately it is a bit away from town center so traveling in town requires a transportation.
Try to dine at the Dinning Room of Pyi Shwe Theingha Hotel for a variety of International fried rice such as USA Fried rice or Fried Rice with Spain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, Shwebo have this hotel which can provide breakfast! It was the best hotel in google map. However there are some hotel which are under construction. First of all, my room can not use toilet and they don't want to change the room but tried to fix for 1 hour. Air con is not good because of repeatly cut out of power lines. Lights are too weak. Accessories are old while the price is 31,500 kyats per night. Bell boys are more hosptitally than fron office staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced. As foreigner, I was charged for usd40/night. One sachet of instant coffee was given as complementary.Small room, no decoration, bad view to the ongoing construction building.I decided to leave after night stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 35 or 40 USD a night is too expensive for what it is. The room is small and poor in furniture. The smoking terrace on the 1st floor could be a nice area but it's not maintained, full of dust, you cannot seat anywhere. When I checked out, they wanted to charge me for the use of towel in the shower. "No way !" and I run away. There is a recent and cheaper option on East side of the city, better choose it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Silent, dirty and serve only two hotel staff bcoz of Covid. No hot water, no TV channel and no dinning available. Hope better after corona virus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are small with poor furniture. Fridge and air conditioner are not well maintained. Smoking area is a bit dirty dusty though it can be a goodplace if well maintained. Most of the staffs are friendly. The good part is hotel location which is near highway station inspite of noise.
