★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there to rent an e-bike. 4000 Kts for a half-day or between 5:00AM to 9:00AM. 8000 Kts for the whole day, until 7:00PM.
Nothing special to mention except the owners are not really sympathetic and don't want to negotiate.
I tried to rent the e-bike from 5:00AM to 10:00AM. They wanted me to pay the whole day. Plus I asked for a discount in the case where I rent the e-bike for 3 days, they just laughed.
The Aung across the street is far more pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place! It has Also private rooms now. I booked one for 18 euro, with private bathroom, conditioned Air, breakfast, a bottle of water, and very confortable beds. The owner os very very friendly and the mostrar important thing: he speaks english quite good. I paid 5000 for the electric bike the whole day. He also called a sharing taxi for me to go to Popa mountain, and also to take a bus yo Mandalay. What else you need?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is great! The owner is super friendly. She let us keep our ebike after dark one night so we could go to the main food street (a 25 minute walk from here).
We ate here as well and food was really inexpensive and tasty. Would definitely recommend this place.
