★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2014年6月22日，在卡塔爾杜哈舉行的第38屆世界遺產委員會會議上，通過了將緬甸驃國(Pyu ancient cities)3個古遺址列入聯合國教科文組織世界文化遺產目錄。古城內直至今日，還是有居民生活。罕林人口約6400人，1300戶。居民以農耕種植以水稻，不同品種的豆類和芝麻等糧食的主。罕林同時因擁有【鹽湖】，當地人很早就學會了以採用太陽能，蒸發從土壤中獲得鹽。而【溫泉】位於古城南部，擁有天然的好溫泉，屬無色無味，又具治療效果，常可看到當地居民，每天早上在溫泉區洗澡，洗衣，孩子戲水。有些區域的水是很熱的，因而當地居民也會煮溫泉蛋食用。
交通不便 道路不佳 路途遙遠
On June 22, 2014, at the 38th World Heritage Committee meeting in Doha, Qatar, 3 ancient sites in Pyu ancient cities were listed in the UNESCO World Heritage List. To this day, there are still residents living in the ancient city. Hanlin has a population of about 6,400 people and 1,300 households. Residents are farmers who grow food with rice, different varieties of beans and sesame. Han Lin also owns [Salt Lake], and locals have long learned to use solar energy to evaporate salt from the soil. [Hot Spring] is located in the southern part of the ancient city. It has a natural good hot spring, which is colorless, odorless, and has a healing effect. Local residents can often be seen bathing, washing, and playing with children in the hot spring area every morning. In some areas, the water is very hot, so local residents also cook hot spring eggs.
