 I go there because it's close to my house. I was shocked mentally and thought "let's polish my body" impulsively, so I applied for personal training, and after learning muscle training for about two months, I am now training at my own pace. I am learning from a trainer (owner) called a female cocoa teacher, but she is a cute and specialized teacher.
