★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is one of the good place to sit with friends in Yangon. It exists at Kandaw Gyi (Myaw Zin Kyun) Park. This is another brand shop from U Pain Bridge, Mandalay. They don't serve Beer or any alcoholic, but you can bring the bottle from outside. They serve for you. Chairs are nice to sit. You can feel the breeze which pass through the Kandaw Gyi Lake. Only one bad thing is craw noise when they go to bed on the trees. Food are good to eat. There are verity of menu to select with reasonable price.

For customer service, it's normal, not good but not so bad.
Nice place to chill at night but toilet is little far away from the place.
