★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located at the quiet street in downtown. Room is nice, clean and big enough. Service is good. Breakfast is included with Italian coffee. The only hotel have Italian coffee in the whole area. I cant stand of local coffee and this really help. The only minus is the breakfast for couple of days of staying. It's such a boring menu. Price is ok within the area. The area is quite convenient with many restaurants and convenient stores and malls and money exchange booth

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean well maintained and well run hotel with exceptional staff from the doormen to housekeeping and reception right on up to ***agement. The location is a little farther out from the city centre than perhaps we would have liked but the upside to this is that the area is quiet and relatively peaceful. We highly recommend this hotel and will return on our next visit to Yangon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've stayed there for 4 nights while visiting the area. The location is perfect to take a stroll. The range of amenities is fine. We did get our money's worth as far as rate goes. The ***agers on duty were v helpful n gives good advice. We would recommend a stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room we stayed in was clean. Any questions we had were answered in a very pleasant ***ner. Being in the heart of downtown gave us the opportunity to explore the city. You get what you pay for here. The food in the restaurant was good. Location of property is pretty good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is located in a very good location. Close to nice shopping area and markets. Taxis are easy to pick up outside. Parking is a bonus. Cheese would be nice. Very friendly staff. Saw Kaw Gyi at reception went above and beyond the call of duty when my wife became ill.
