Poor maintenance, unfriendly staff

In this area, this is a very good hotel. I like the mattras. It is firm enough. Good for my backpain.

Relaxed for good ,but the swming pool it a little dirty.!!! Don't use pool

We have checked in at Royal Beikthano hotel at last two days.We have booked total of three rooms for total of 7 people.Thanks for the cleaning of swimming pool as per our children request. Let us describe our experienced in Royal Beikthanol. We are not expecting excellent services from you as we understand that services industries are not really well developed yet at our country. But the services we received from Royal Beikthanol were unacceptable. Check in was ok. The next day we have left from the hotel at 5 Am and coming back to the hotel at 5PM. There was no make up services until 5PM for all room. Garbage were still there with flies. All the bedding , bathroom are as same condition as just we left at morning. I have to called to reception to send the room service attendant to clean our rooms. The answer from reception was very polite as " because your people did not request to make up your room " . This is the first time i have ever heard in my experience . Then i have talked with one lady from the reception that we will have the breakfast at 7Am at the next day. Then all of us were fall in asleep as we were so tired at that day. At around 10:30 PM while we were fall in asleep , One of the receptionist called us again to confirm the breakfast. I have tell him that i have already spoke with some one from reception and the answer is very simple "He does not know ".Then I realized at the next morning that he called all of our rooms for the same question. We have had the dinner at hotel. And the next day when we checked out and no one realized that we had had the dinner at hotel. They are even confirming to us that whether we had had the dinner. It is funny and you can imagine how they are controlling their finicial (Cash) things. while we checked out we have left two of our bags at hotel by our mistake . Then we realized only when we arrived to Naypyidaw that we left two bags at hotel. My sister called to the hotel and they confirmed that they have that two bags. We have managed to get back those two bag by our plan and off course we have asked them why did not call us when you realized we have left two bags.So that we can turn and get back earlier and it will be convenience for us. The answer is as follow..... I do not know , Night shift guys are doing this As previous explained that we are not expecting excellent services from you. We understand the situation. But this is something which is too much. Too lower services than normal services standard. I will be glad If you ( Manager or the owner ) will be aware of this and cab be improve your services at the future. Thanks

Rooms are quite private and room facility is not bad but there is no snack bar or drink around hotel - lonely. Services are normal. There is not much choice for Breakfast. Dining room service is normal.

Big room and large compound. A lot of car packing is available. Reception hall is normal and credit card is available. Polite and warm service desk. Nice and comfortable garden. The hotel itself is good in terms of ambience, facilities and breakfast. Hotel is out of downtown and beside of main road.
