But.
Unreasonable customer service with arbitrary pricing. I guess with a hint of taking advantage of a foreigner.
I sent two packages from and to the same address. Instead of charging the packages separately 16+7,3 kg they add them together so they can conveniently charge 5,000 for every kg exceeding 20 kg. With some good will they could have made 2 parcels, charged the correct price per package, having themselves a recurring customer. Not a lot of money, but the attitude is poor.
Called them first to try to settle to no avail. Have then sent an email hoping to receive an answer from their customer service (writing both in Myanmar and English) but they don’t seem to care for taking care of their customers.
Royal Express - never again.
