★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good. Get what you pay for. 88,000 4 nights is a bargain. Better shower heads would make a nice hot shower give even better on a cold winter's day. I imagine summer would be nice too. Still, nice to have the choice, quite literally, of a hot or cold shower! Mix to make warm haha :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: room is big, a lot of space to put the luggage, Myanmar Coffee, Tea and refill of purified water for free (prevention of plastic trash). Guests house offers interesting trekking tours (1, 2 or 3 days), bicycles and motorbikes for rent.
VERY fast wifi!
VERY nice and helpful staff.
Cons: Not slept well, because people in other room were speaking loud in the middle of the night and at 6 am a voice from a loudspeaker outside woke us up.
Bathroom has black mould.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms was clean and comfortable, the price was cheap... But the most awesome thing in this place is the owner and his family! They were so kind and helpful, the owner waste all his day for me to help me find a lawyer, and they gave us to do very late chack out just because we didn't know What is our next move. Without any complains.
When you go there you have to meet Owen the owner sun. He is the smartest and cutest kid you will ever met.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding hospitality is what stands out when my friends and I first arrived here. The owner was there to welcome us, and helped clarify a few things to us. Once the paperwork was done, he gave us a briefing about the town, giving directions to famous places to visit and great restaurants to dine. A few of the other staff could converse in English, but the rest struggle. Nevertheless, hospitality is there.
Cozy and quaint accommodations. The hot showers could do better to be hotter during the cold season, but better warm than cold showers.
Affordable and cheap. A great place to stay in during your visit in Pyin Oo Lwin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a cheap and ok place to stay for a night. Though for me personally it is a bit too loud. I could hear people in other rooms talk and it is quite small, so if people start to talk a bit louder you will hear it. It has quite a backpackers feel to it, which is fine, but it was not my place. The location is pretty good and the breakfast is adequate, though nothing special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are clean and cheap. Prices is 25,000 per room for local two people. But they don't provide drinking water bottel, shower cap and toothbrush. It has laundry service and I think it is a bit expensive. No breakfast there. Motorcycle rental is 12,000 per day until 6pm. There is also trekking tour of day return. They provide guests early check in if rooms are available. TV is not working well sometimes. Owners and staff are good in English. Good place for budget trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as nice as possible. They all spoke excellent English and were so kind and caring towards me. Huge comfy bed in the double room, air con was great, shower was fine. Breakfast for 2000 was toast and jam, fried egg, tea, coffee and fruit. Laundry was a bit expensive but same day service so no complaints. Would definitely recommend.
