★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here for dinner and drinks. Sat on the roof deck, which was a lovely setting for an evening meal. Drink menu was limited and service was a bit slow, food was fine though a bit expensive. Overall a positive experience, nice way to spend an evening with friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at the Royal Hinthar on a recent business trip, the room was exceptionally clean and the service was good. Breakfast was available from 6.30am in the 4th floor restaurant, noodles and fried rice, omelette and fruit are options for breakfast which is buffet style.
The bathroom was spacious and had a bathtub - the only issue is there was no bubble bath. Additionally, the pool was not available and was very muddy and dirty (maybe because of the rainy season) - but still, would be nice to have had a swim when I was there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good New Hotel. The hotel Facilities is very good. Very quite Environment. Good internet speed. But the House Keeping is very bad service. They never change the Towels and the bath accessories within 2 days. Maintain the service and hope to stay again in next trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the luxurious hotels with big gym and swimming pool in Mawlamyine. Located on the ASEAN Highway (AH112) therefore access is very easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice relatively new business hotel. Reasonable room rate. Some rooms don't have a shower cubicle or any racks to hang your towels, most however do. Beds very comfortable. Request a room with number higher than 113 or 213 etc. towards the front of the hotel as the housekeeping staff can be a bit noisy and you can hear them if your room is located near the stairs towards the housekeeping area, especially if you're on the first floor. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is reasonable, could have some more variety though. The pool and gym are great. Helps if you have your own transport, such as a car with driver as this hotel is a bit isolated from anywhere otherwise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The check-in experience was seamless and the team is very hospitable. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable to stay in. The AC can get a little cold at times, and the hot water supply runs our rather quickly. But despite that, I had a great stay. Your rooftop terrace is rather beautiful to sit at for an early morning coffee. Enormous swimming pool.
