★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20000 Kyat for one person in a double room, 35000 for two persons. It's very basic. Thin blanket, hard bed, cold showers but at least AC and wifi. Staff is not that friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid like the plague, overpriced even at 25000 for basic fan room, it was dirty and the shower across the hall has never been cleaned. Very disappointed with this place and to top it off they ripped us off with a 15000 laundry bill for about 10 items of washing even our tuk tuk driver said afterwards it was way too much he said it should cost 500 per item. Oh and don't forget the loft full of birds that screech 24/7 it's sad to write such a review but honestly this place was S#1t
