I’ve booked two rooms for my family paid for 150,000 kyats per night and checked in at 16:00 first impression of the both rooms
- room smell is so bad
- heater doesn’t work so they provided a portable heaters
- RCD breaker keep tripping off when the portable heater turn on.
- tried to make a coffee but the electric socket doesn’t work
- almost empty toilet roll in the toilet there is no new roll available in the room
- one of the staff member said 111 to call to reception - doesn’t work and he said he will check if 111 is correct extension
- STAFFS doesn’t wear uniform how do I know they are member of the staff when they knock my door?
I’m getting fed up of sorting out those issues so call to reception with my mobile and asked for hotel manager, they said hotel manager is not here he/she is travelling and no management team here???
End up to change the new room. I am not recommend this hotel in Pyin Oo Lwin..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is nice, peaceful and the buildings are lovely. Rooms are not small and the hotel provides standard amenities. Noticed that maintenance and service quality has been reduced after Covid period.
